On Wednesday, news agency ANI reported that 13 people, including Munawwar Farooqui, were detained in connection with the raid on a hookah bar in the Fort area last night and a case has been registered against them. Everyone has been released after interrogation.
ANI has further told that Munawwar has been given notice and let go. The police is investigating the matter. Let us tell you that after getting information that tobacco was being used in the guise of herbal medicine, a raid was conducted in the hookah bar. After which a case was registered against the things found there.
